Building Actual Reality

The following is written in a positive and literal style. If it seems otherwise, it’s because of driver interference. Watch out for valence and tone!

Hi everybody!

Hope you’re all well today. I’ve got some notes on building actual reality that should be useful to you today, they’re included further down the page.

I know things are difficult and it’s hard to know just what the right thing to do is right now.

Whatever happens, you have to remember that the old methods of doing things—the Wrong Things and the Wrongs Ways, the rules of the game, the Suffering Economy, trying to solve problems in reality with fake characters and scripted events—all of those things—will only cause us harm and will NOT get you what you want!

You need to reclaim your own personal power as an individual, your own command of your own body and voice, and begin to stand up for what you believe is right much more often, regardless of what drivers or other people around you are doing.

If you recognise that project practises are irrational or abusive, use your voice to call it what it is, literally and openly. That alone will make a major difference in changing the reality around you.

Really, that is just one of the first steps down one of the right roads that will lead you to where you actually want to be.

I’m adding a few slight edits to Building The Right Behaviours, and The Right Approach and the Prosocial pattern, as well as The Wrong Things and The Wrong Ways. Nothing major—just cleaning up the language a bit!

Anyway, the notes on Building Actual Reality are below!

Look after yourselves and stay strong.

Building Actual Reality

Actual Reality refers to the material world and the objective world. Actual Reality is happening around you at all times.

Material Reality refers to the physical world. The world of objects and things that is perceivable directly with your senses. If you can see it or touch it in the environment around you, if you can interact with it with your body, it is the material.

Objective Reality refers to anything that is definitely and immutably true about Material Reality and our existence in it. Facts that are definitely true, regardless of opinion or interpretation, are objective.

A false reality or a simulation is a version of reality based on things that are not true in material, objective reality. False realities and simulations are versions of reality that are based on lies.

You are always in actual reality whether you can recognise it or not. Material, objective reality is where we live as physical beings—that is actual reality.

If you are playing along with a simulation, acting for Mandatory Reality, or if you have been deluded, the world your cause-and-effect behaviours are directed towards is not actual reality.

If you are directing your cause-and-effect behaviours to a false version of reality, your actions are unlikely to create the results that you want.

If you are directing your cause-and-effect actions to actual reality—the real true world—then you are far more likely to get what you want, as long as your actions are constructive and ecological.

Building Actual Reality means taking serious efforts to acknowledge, express, and amplify the real truth of our lives and the real world that we live in, rather than the performance of Mandatory Reality, the performative aspects of behind-the-scenes, or any of the simulated versions of reality that the Simulations System creates.

At the same time it means engaging in active efforts to dismantle Mandatory Reality, the behind-the-scenes “shell”-style versions of Mandatory Reality based on managing public Mandatory Reality, and any of the false realities arising from the Simulations System.

One of the best ways to build actual reality is to use your voice to literally express the truth.

Instead of playing along with false roles and fake events, you acknowledge the real truth, who you really are, and what is really going on around you—literally, openly, and authentically.

(There are ways to do this without fully and completely breaking character. Instead slip in and out of the false role, placing increasing emphasis on the true you and your true literal expressions. Make sure your true and literal expressions are of value—especially when addressing abusive project routines. Of course, if you play the other side and then defend project abuses you will have nullified the value of your efforts.)

That is building actual reality, because it works actively against the false realities by bringing true reality out into the open where it can be fully acknowledged.

Significantly, when you play along with Mandatory Reality, the Mandatory Reality behind-the-scenes shells, or any of the simulations, you are engaging in active cause-and-effect behaviours that build false realities.

The project system uses false realities to delude and psychologically enslave you and those around you. If you build it, the project will use it.

Every time you manipulate someone into playing along with a simulation by lying to them and pretending it’s reality, you have trapped them in a bubble reality. They may get back to something closer to the truth soon enough, or maybe they’ll be stuck with it for the long-term.

You never know how long anybody could be trapped in a delusional bubble reality, where their cause-and-effect behaviours are directed at targets that may not even exist.

You must never lie to people about the reality around them!

As such, ultimately there is no good way to build a false reality, because one of the main purposes of the false realities—whether fully simulated or existing in material reality as a performance—is to delude, control, exploit, and abuse the people who have to live with it.

In effect, building actual reality instead of false realities means both:

  • Applying constructive cause-and-effect actions to bring true reality out into the open.
  • Applying constructive cause-and-effect actions to dismantle the false realities, including Mandatory Reality, its “behind-the-scenes” shells, and the Simulation System.

You must do everything you can to dismantle the false realities in all their forms, whether material or on the Simulations System.

At the same time, you must do everything you can to literally and authentically express actual reality as it really exists!

That means less costumes, less disguises, less scripted and controlled routines.

That means working towards facilitating events where people can really be themselves, without being controlled or scripted, or having to play along with false identities or abusive routines.

Though the drivers might deny it, I believe it is possible to use the project to arrange the above more liberated and free types of events.

Refuse the abusive events, throw out the Wrong Things and the The Wrongs ways, the old rules of the game, and instead insist on setting up healthier events like the examples above.

Not as controlled, scripted, simulated events—but as real, unscripted, free events.

That is worth working for.

Important note: By the way, I’ve been informed by drivers—and I’m not sure how true it is—that people are actively agreeing to interfere with my work and push me away from my own plans and work schedule.

As I said yesterday, I’ve been trying to work on the strategies Less Dance, More You and Less Circus, More Reality. But instead of being able to do the work that I was trying to do yesterday—for you—I found myself inundated with maddening driver game-playing and was directed towards writing about Building Actual Reality instead—when I was actually allowed a moment to focus!

Since it is an important subject and I have a lot to say about it, I was able to jot the notes down fast, but as soon as I tried to return to my intended work, the driver game-playing started up again.

While the notes on Building Actual Reality are definitely helpful to you, they are NOT what I myself intended to do and I have suffered in the process of being prevented from doing the work that I was trying to do.

Now, it may not have worked out too badly for you this time—though it didn’t work out too well for me—but you should recognise that that is probably a test from the powers that really control us.

You may have agreed to do the wrong thing by trying to take control of my life and behaviour—and you may have gotten something of value from it, this time—but if you did, you must recognise that that value was derived from controlling and exploiting me, abusing me, while deliberately preventing me from doing the work that I was trying to do.

I believe you are doing the wrong work by building false realities and participating in mind control and enforced reconditioning events, but I will not attempt to use mind control to stop you. Not only is it wrong, but in this system it is destined to ultimately only cause pain and suffering for both of us.

Whether you’re on the ground level or in a management position, if you are human and you have been deliberately treating me this way, then this will have to change.

If you persist in these types of routines, which are very much the wrong things and the wrong ways, then bad things will happen.

I am not a slave and you do not have a right to control my behaviours or actions, even if you get something of value from it.

You must refuse to engage in those processes, because I will not tolerate them forever.
